We are writing to inform you about the Welcome Reception scheduled for December 23rd.

There is no limit on the number of participants for the Welcome Reception; however, please note that the venue can accommodate approximately 300 guests, and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants may enter and leave freely between 17:00 and 19:00, subject to venue capacity. For safety reasons, admission may be restricted in the event of overcrowding.
To help us estimate the expected number of participants and ensure smooth event operations, we kindly ask all participants to submit their participation application in advance via the cultural activity portal.
