All participants of the 2025–26 Korea University International Winter Campus (KU IWC) must submit a transcript issuance request in order for their official transcript to be processed.
The transcript request period is open from January 7, 2026, 00:00 to January 25, 2026, 17:00 (KST). Requests submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Please note that while domestic and international mailing of transcripts is normally subject to a fee, the first transcript issuance is provided free of charge, only for requests submitted within the designated application period.
To apply for your transcript, you must access the Course Portal, which you previously used for course adjustment and timetable confirmation:

Once you enter the transcript application page, you will be required to:
1. Complete the final program evaluation, and
2. Submit the Transcript Request Form according to your preferred method of receiving the transcript.
Please be advised that the Korea University International Winter Campus Office does not take responsibility for whether the transcript is accepted for official credit transfer by your home institution.
If your home university requires transcripts to be sent in a specific manner (e.g., sent directly to an official university email address or mailed to a designated department via international post), you must submit the request accordingly on your own, based on your home institution’s requirements.
