Korea University International Winter Campus (IWC) will hold Pre-Departure Orientation sessions for students enrolled in the upcoming program. Please refer to the details below.
Eligibility
- Students who have completed enrollment in the 2026–27 IWC
Date & Time
- Session 1: November 12, 16:00 KST
- Session 2: November 17, 10:00 KST
Please attend either Session 1 or Session 2 based on your availability. Both sessions will cover the same content.
Venue
- Zoom (*The participation link will be sent via email prior to the session.)

- Program Overview (Seoul & KU, Arrival Information, Schedule, Courses, Locations, Useful Tips, Safety Guidelines, Events, FAQs, etc.)
- Q&A Session
Notice
- Please note that each session can accommodate up to 300 participants due to Zoom system limitations. Attendance will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The orientation material will be distributed to all students via email after all sessions.
